VISUALIZATION SYSTEM OF HOT-CUTTER FOR USE IN RESIN KNEADING AND EXTRUDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-cutter for use in a resin kneading and extruding machine which has visualized the inside of a cutter case. SOLUTION: An inlet 24 for leading an optic fiber scope 14 connected with a camera 15 provided outside the cutter case 1 and an inlet 25 for leading an optic fiber scope 18 connected with a light source 19 provided outside the case 1 are formed on a cylindrical surface 23 of the cutter case 1. The respective tips of the optic fiber scopes 14 and 18 are led and fixed to the vicinity of an object whose image is to be picked. In addition, the tip of the scope 18 is fixed to irradiate a region 20 to enable the scope 14 to pick up the image of a cut state of a resin 2 by a cutter edge 5 with satisfactory brightness.
