PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film for a balloon which has a floating capacity of at least 150 days and shape holding ability, is excellent in bending resistance during transportation, floating capacity in rain, shape holding ability, and printing and design effects, and has desirable fundamental characteristics including total thickness for weight reduction, helium-barrier properties, laminate strength, heat seal strength, and bending resistance or the like, and the balloon. SOLUTION: The laminated film for the balloon is formed from a laminate in which a transparent vapor deposition layer and a gas-barrier intermediate layer containing a water-soluble polymer are formed on at least one side of a transparent film substrate, a printing layer is formed on at least one side of the intermediate layer, and an aluminum vapor deposition layer and a sealant layer are formed in turn.
