PURPOSE: A duct structure for heating a driver's seat is provided to supply cold or hot air to the back of a driver by taking out a split-type duct from a rear heating duct, connecting and installing the split-type duct to a space part formed in the driver's seat from the bottom side of the seat, and forming plural air discharge ports in the front side of the space part. CONSTITUTION: In a rear heating duct(10) structure for mounting a linear rear heating duct having air discharge ports(11) symmetrically inserted to two distributing ports(2) of a rear heating joint duct(1) combined with a ventilator in a console box of a vehicle, a duct structure for heating a driver's seat(20) is composed of a split-type duct(30) drawn out to the side of the rear heating duct to supply cold or hot air by connecting a discharge port(32) to the inside of the driver's seat from the bottom side thereof; a space part(26) formed in a backrest(24) of the driver's seat to receive the cold or hot air supplied from the discharge port of the split-type duct; and a plurality of air supply ports connected to the space part to directly supply the cold or hot air to the driver's back.
