PURPOSE: A mobile terminal having a function of recording and reproducing multimedia is provided to realize interworking between audio components taking charge of recording and reproducing multimedia files and voice processing components of a mobile terminal, thereby realizing various applications. CONSTITUTION: A microphone amplifier(42) amplifies an analog signal from a microphone(41). A digital signal interface(46) makes the analog signal of the microphone amplifier(42) into a digital signal, converts the digital signal into an analog signal, and provides an interface connecting with a digital processor. A speaker output unit amplifies the analog signal received from the digital signal interface together with an external signal to output the amplified signals. A down-link receiver receives a down-link signal for removing interference and filtering the down-link signal by frequencies for amplifying the down-link signal. An up-link output unit receives and amplifies the analog signal for outputting the amplified analog signal as an up-link signal. An up-link signal converter mixes a signal obtained by attenuating the signal of the microphone amplifier(42) with the signal applied to the speaker output unit for amplifying or attenuating the mixed signal for outputting the signal to the up-link output unit. A down-link signal converter amplifies or attenuates the output of the down-link receiver for mixing the output with signal of input and output terminals of the digital signal interface(46).
