<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for treating viral infectious disease, tumor and the like. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed are (1) a nucleotide inhibiting transcription of a polynucleotide containing a specific amino acid sequence, (2) a polynucleotide hybridizable to a polynucleotide comprising containing a nucleotide sequence completely complementary to a specific nucleotide sequence under a stringent condition and encoding a polypeptide having 2',5'-oligoadenylate phosphodiesterase activity, and (3) a nucleotide completely complementary to at least 10 contiguous nucleotides which exist in a polynucleotide comprising containing at least 10 contiguous nucleotides sequence which exists in a polynucleotide comprising containing a specific nucleotide sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
