摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface light source unit wherein luminance unevenness caused by fluctuation of temperature is not generated even when a plurality of light emitting elements are used, to provide an electrooptical device using the surface light source unit and to provide an electronic device using the electrooptical device. <P>SOLUTION: In the surface light source unit 3, a plurality of chip-shaped LEDs 333 as the light emitting elements are mounted on an LED mounting substrate 330 of a multilayered wiring structure and the substrate is disposed so that the surface on which the LEDs 333 are mounted faces downward. In a lower shielding plate 2, a plate spring part 21 formed by folding an end part upward elastically abuts against a lower end part of each LED 333.
