PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow use even in a printer allowing no direct output from a client device. SOLUTION: When an output to the printer 5 is required from the client device 3 to a printer server 1, the printer server 1 retrieves a database server 7 to specify a printer server 2 that is a printer server for the printer 5. A printing data is transmitted from the printer server 1 to the printer server 2 to require the output. The printer server 2 transmits the printing data to the printer 5 to be record-output. Finish of processing is transmitted back thereafter to the printer server 1. The printing data is transmitted by this manner from the printer server 2 to the printer 5 via the printer server 1 to be record-output, even when the client device 3 can not require the output to the printer server 2.
