<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To particularly provide a method suitable for acclimation and transplantation of strawberry seedlings, in a method for acclimating and transplanting seedlings in which cultured in vitro seedlings are acclimated and then, transplanted into a culture vessel such as a pot. <P>SOLUTION: In vitro seedling is cultured in a culture vessel and the in vitro seedling is taken out from the culture vessel in a state in which the root is attached to the seedling and transferred into a hydroponic apparatus and the transferred in vitro seedling is acclimated while moistening the seedling by covering the seedling with a sheet and the lower part of root of the acclimated in vitro seedling is cut to separate the in vitro seedling and the separated in vitro seedling is transplanted into a culture (seedling-raising) vessel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
