<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel handrail capable of exhibiting an unconventional operation effect. <P>SOLUTION: The handrail is provided to the wall surface 1 of a building, and comprises a base 2 provided on the wall surface 1 and a grip 3 provided to the base 2 in a projected state.
