PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio terminal provided with a camera function and a timer function for photographing an unexpected look and motion. SOLUTION: This mobile radio terminal is provided with a control part for controlling a wireless part for communicating signals with an external communication network and a camera 22 for photographing an image according to an input to an operation part 14 for inputting an instruction from the outside. The control part includes a timer part for counting time which starts counting time after the operation part 14 receives an input for photographing and performs photographing when the counted time has passed the photographing start time. The photographing start time includes preset photographing set time and standby time until photographing after the photographing set time, and the control part changes the standby time at random for each photographing.
