PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer control circuit, an electronic device and a data transfer control method capable of effectively utilizing a bandpass of data buffer and realizing appropriate data transferring process. SOLUTION: The data transfer control circuit 30 includes a receiving buffer part 40 including receiving buffers RXB1, RXB2 with areas of first to Nth, a control circuit 50 for receiving data in a unit of K bytes via a bus and sequentially writing the received data of K bytes to the areas of the first to the Nth of the receiving buffers and an access control circuit 60 for writing data of the receiving buffers to a data buffer 20. The access control circuit 60 writes data of the first to the Nth areas to the data buffer 20 in the case that the data are written to all of the first to the Nth areas of the receiving buffers. After the data is written up to Jth area of the first to the Nth areas of the receiving buffer, the data of the first to the Jth areas are written to the data buffer in the case that a predetermined period of time is elapsed.
