PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal an electrode placed below a temperature sensor with a sealing resin even when the temperature sensor is disposed on the electrode formed in the terminal part of a liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: A branched arm strip 22 is provided successively to a flexible substrate 20 connected to a terminal 11 of a liquid crystal panel 10 in such a manner that the arm strip reaches over the terminal. A temperature sensor 23 is mounted on a top substrate part 221 of the arm strip, the temperature sensor 23 is disposed on the terminal 11, and a sealing resin 31 for preventing electric corrosion is applied on the terminal 11. In this process, for example, a branched arm strip 22 is folded at a specified angle in the folding portion L positionally corresponding to an edge 110 of the terminal to obtain a space where the sealing resin 31 can intrude between the top substrate part 221 and the terminal 11.
