PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise sales data processor capable of efficiently handling customers without using a large-scale device. SOLUTION: First and second input means (for instance, a touch panel 109, a keyboard 110 and a scanner 111 for code data, etc.) are provided as input means for inputting data, and merchandise sales information based on merchandise data inputted by the first input means 111a or the like and the merchandise sales information based on the merchandise data inputted by the second input means 111b or the like are divided into right side display and left side display, and displayed oppositely on the left and right on a display device 107 for an operator and the display device 120 for the customer as a part of a merchandise sales data processing. Thus, by allocating the first input means 111a or the like and the display on the side corresponding to it to one customer, and by allocating the second input means 111b or the like and the display on the side corresponding to it to another customer, two customers can be handled by one merchandise sale data processor.
