PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a three-dimensional sheet metal model by use of a feature producing a general solid model without an attribute for sheet metal. SOLUTION: This production method has steps for: estimating a thickness of the sheet metal from a cross section specified by a user; expressing bending of the sheet metal by rotating the cross section specified by user around an axis specified by the user and sweeping the cross section after the rotation by a size specified by the user; expressing an abutment by sweeping the cross section specified by the user by a size specified by the user; and realizing sheet division by a sweep hole formed when sweeping a minute cross section including a dividing line specified by the user by just a sheet thickness.
