PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time synchronizing system where any delay generated in time synchronization can be reduced as much as possible, and any error generated as the result of delay can be reduced. SOLUTION: A main electronic controller transmits a predetermined set value to the other electronic controller. At the time of receiving the predetermined set value, the other electronic controller stores the set value, and validates an interrupting function, and at the time of starting to receive a signal multi-address transmitted by the main electronic controller, it executes interruption processing, and sets the stored predetermined set value as the value of a timer counter during the interruption processing. Time synchronization is executed by the interruption processing so that the preliminarily stored set value is set to the timer counter only by receiving the leading of a frame, and to shorten a time required for time synchronization processing only for a time required for the reading processing of the frame.
