PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine making it easy for the user to select an article. SOLUTION: The vending machine comprises an input means for inputting user identification information; a storage means for storing the user identification information and article information in association with each other; a control means which reads article information corresponding to the user identification information from the storage means when the user identification information is valid and which then outputs a control signal for vending the article corresponding to the article information; and a vending means for vending the article according to the control signal.
