PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a user of a measuring device cannot know that a measurement error may become large when a period for operating the mean value of an AC signal is not segmented by a zero cross point. SOLUTION: When the frequency of a measuring signal is changed in the middle or when the period for operating the mean value cannot be divided by the zero cross point because the frequency is low, a warning signal for notifying of the effect is outputted and displayed on a display.
