PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a top of a supply and exhaust tube not causing disturbance of combustion state due to shortage of oxygen even if strong wind blows from the front thereto. SOLUTION: A double tube 3 is installed with its front end part extended from the inside to the outside of a room, a ring-shaped air supply control plate 4 is installed on the side of an inner tube 1 and an outer tube 2 forming the double tube 3, and combustion air is supplied from a clearance between two sheets of air supply control plates 4 through a clearance A between the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 into a burner 5. Exhaust ports 6 formed of a plurality of elongated holes extending from the air supply control plate 4 to the front end of the inner tube 1 are formed in the side wall of the inner tube 1, and exhaust gas flowing from a combustion chamber 7 to the front end through the inside B of the inner tube 1 is diffused in all peripheral directions along a conical tube body 9 installed so as to seal the inside B at the front end of the inner tube 1 and exhausted from the exhaust ports 6. A closed wall 8 forming a continuous non-hole portion between the tip of the inner tube 1 and the air supply control plate 4 is installed between the elongated exhaust ports 6, and air moving to the front end of the top of the supply and exhaust gas tube avoids exhaust gas and directs from the portion of the closed wall 8 to the air supply control plate 4.
