PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardly bending and high strength fitting hardware for an exterior facing member, a fitting structure using the same and the construction method. SOLUTION: The fitting hardware 20 is constituted of the under side flat plate piece 20a from one end side of which a first erected piece 21 is extendedly formed, provided with a fitting hole 23 at the other end side, the upper side first flat plate piece 22 extending from the upper end edge of a first erected piece 21 to the outer and the side directions, a second erected piece 24 projecting from the middle portion of the under side flat plate piece 20a facing the first erected piece 21, and having the same height with the erected piece 21, the upper side second flat plate piece 25 extending from the upper end side of the second erected piece 24 to the reverse direction against the upper side first flat plate piece 22, and a substantially L-shaped fixing piece 26 extending from the free end edge part of the upper side second flat plate piece 25.
