PURPOSE: A structure for reinforcing a housing in a passenger airbag module is provided to improve the rigidity of the housing by inserting reinforcing steel into a plastic housing, and to prevent the overweight of the housing by forming a plurality of holes at the reinforcing steel. CONSTITUTION: In a passenger airbag module including a housing(100) for holding an inflator, the housing is made of plastic material having reinforcing steel(120). A plurality of holes(130) are formed at the reinforcing steel. Fixing brackets(160a,160b,160c) are welded to the reinforcing steel, and fix the housing to a vehicle body. |
