WATER PURIFYING SYSTEM USING MEMBRANE AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY CONTROLLING OPERATION OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A water purifying system using membrane is provided to control the water purification process using dipping type membrane according to change of differential pressure to time and change of concentration of suspended solids to time, and a method for automatically controlling operation of the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The water purifying system using membrane comprises an effluent transfer pipe(27) comprising a suction pump(25) for connecting membrane(3) with effluent tank(23) and forcibly sucking raw water of membrane filter tank(5) to transfer the raw water to the effluent tank, an effluent control valve(26) for opening and closing channel of effluent, and a differential pressure gauge(60) for measuring differential pressure of effluent transferred; a backwashing water supply pipe comprising a backwashing pump(35) for connecting the membrane with the effluent tank and transferring effluent of the effluent tank to the membrane as backwashing water, and a backwashing water control valve(36) for opening and closing channel of the backwashing water; a sludge discharge pipe(29) which is installed at a lower part of membrane separation tank, and at which a discharge pump(49) for discharging sludge is installed; a suspended solid measuring instrument(70) installed in the membrane separation tank to measure concentration of suspended solids in the effluent tank; and an automatic controller(50) for operating the suction pump, backwashing pump, blower(15) and discharge pump and opening and closing the effluent control valve and backwashing water control valve at the same time as a value increased according to time operated based on differential pressure measured in the differential pressure gauge and concentration of suspended solids measured in the suspended solid measuring instrument.
