PURPOSE: An apparatus for maintaining a temperature in a car using solar heat is provided to operate a discharge fan and a ventilating fan by heat absorbed by a solar battery plate, thereby maintaining a regular temperature in a car. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery plate(10) is installed on a roof of an automobile for absorbing solar energy. An ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(20) converts the absorbed solar energy into electric energy. A temperature sensor(30) is operated by the ECU and senses a temperature of the automobile inside. A discharge fan forcibly discharges air to the outside when the temperature is increased to a temperature higher than a set temperature. A fan driving unit(40) drives a ventilating fan for circulating the air.
