DATA WRITE METHOD FOR ERROR CORRECTION

PURPOSE: A data write method for error correction is provided to generate an accurate parity when writing smaller data than preset data. CONSTITUTION: According to the method of writing data to a memory cell array where a plurality of data bits and a plurality of parity bits are stored, data stored in a write address of the memory cell array is read(S200). A parity is generated from the read data and write data(S210). And the write data and the parity are written to the write address of the memory cell array(S220).
