GUIDE DEVICE OF MAGAZINE ELEVATOR FOR SEMICONDUCTOR PACKAGE TO PREVENT MOVEMENT AND NOISE OF MAGAZINE DUE TO GAP BETWEEN RAIL AND MAGAZINE

PURPOSE: A guide device of a magazine elevator for a semiconductor package is provided to support uniformly a magazine and prevent the abrasion of the magazine by maintaining the guide tension of the magazine by using the constant air pressure. CONSTITUTION: A fixing rail(11) and a moving rail(12) are installed at a front side and a rear side of a magazine(13) including a lead frame for a semiconductor package before and after a wire binding work is performed. A plurality of air cylinders(17) are installed at the moving rail. A plurality of rolling members(19) are installed at each end part of pistons(18) of the air cylinders. The rolling members are used for supporting elastically the magazine.
