ACCELERATION SENSOR AND ACCELERATION DETECTING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor capable of suppressing variations in detection sensitivity and improving long-term stability and resistance to dropping.

SOLUTION: First stress impedance effect elements 11 and 13 are mounted on the upper side surface and left side surface of an elastic body 1 having inertial mass. Second stress impedance effect elements 12 and 14 are mounted on its lower side surface and right side surface. Consequently, it is possible to suppress variations in detection sensitivity and improve long-term stability and resistance to dropping.
