<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road sign pole causing little slipping-out of a pole and a base part or a pedestal by securing bending restoring force of the pole even when a vehicle collides. <P>SOLUTION: This road sign pole has the flexible hollow columnar pole 1 and the base part 2 for supporting the lower end of this pole 1, and is constituted so that the thickness of a cylindrical shape of the pole 1 becomes thicker than an upper part in the vicinity of the base part 2 by forming an external shape of the pole 1 substantially uniform, and setting an upper inner diameter (d) smaller than an inner diameter (d') in the vicinity of the base part 2, and a bolt 3 projecting under the base part 2 is integrally molded. The road sign pole may be formed so that the thickness of a reinforcing member 11 becomes thicker in the vicinity of the base part 2 than the upper part by arranging the hollow columnar reinforcing member 11 protrusively erected inside the pole in the base part 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
