PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded article forming a protective film having excellent scratch resistance, transparency and outer appearance, as well as ultraviolet ray absorptivity and a good adhesiveness to a substrate. SOLUTION: The outer-most layer of the resin molded article is formed with the protective film comprising a cocondensate of hydrolysates of an organoalkoxysilane and a phenylalkoxysilane, a colloidal silica and an ultraviolet absorbent, wherein the quantitative ratio (in number of moles) of the ultraviolet absorbent to the phenylalkoxysilane is 0.03-1.50.
