PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device with which defective items are reduced and manufacturing efficiency is improved. SOLUTION: An inlet port 12 and an outlet port 13 are provided to a housing, and a gas flow-path is provided for allowing the port 12 to communicate with the port 13. A filter 22 is provided in the gas flow-path in order to filter air. The filter 22 is supported by a support rod 20 having a screw part to be screwed to the inside top part of the housing.
