PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a litter cleaner which is attachable to and detachable from a moving vehicle such as a lift track and can clean a road surface during running. SOLUTION: A litter cleaner 4 is constructed in an attachment 5 comprising a litter collection vessel 7 attached to a vehicle body 2 and a scraping means 15 which comes into sliding contact with a tire 3 to scrape litter adhered to the wheel tread 13 and allows the scraped litter to drop in the litter collection vessel 7. The scraping means 15 is provided with a rotatable brush 9, an arm 8, which is slidably supported on a pivoting axis 11 and rotatably supports the brush 9, and a spring 10 for pressing the brush 9 mounted on the arm 8 against the wheel tread 13 of the tire 3.
