PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the keep cooling and keep warming effects of a container (a bag) by performing a high pressure spray-coating of an insulating material. SOLUTION: This heat insulation bag for cooling used for fishing cuttlefish is constituted by performing the high pressure coating of the insulating material on a piece of thin cloth and pasting it all over the outside of the bag, spraying the heat insulating material on the outside of a container 5 with an airless gun 6 and drying or performing the high pressure coating on the piece of the thin cloth 1, pasting it on a bag material and sewing.
