PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit unit which attains electromagnetic shielding of electronic components required and ensures excellent operationality from an external side. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit unit comprises a metal casing having apertures in both front and rear surface sides, a front panel mounted in the front surface side of the casing, and a metal guide having the rectangular shape cross-section mounted to the front panel so that it can be extended within the casing. Moreover, the electronic circuit unit comprises a metal frame, a printed wiring board mounted to this metal frame, connectors and electronic circuits mounted on the printed wiring board, and a conductive gasket mounted to the frame. In addition, there is provided an external operation module in which the conductive gasket can slide with the printed wiring board being set in the deeper side, within the metal guide while it is in contact with the internal surface of the metal guide.
