PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer management system enabling notification of hardware alarm information to a user in real time, and logging of the related data and logging in case of a fatal error with a refrained cost increase by minimizing a newly added hardware portion with the provision of an on-board hardware means for a variety of error notification means. SOLUTION: As a feature of the hardware, GPIO (General Purpose Input Output) 22 of a Super I/O 12 shown in the figure is set to an open drain output, and connected to INTx# of PCIBUS 6. GPIO 22 is provided for the purpose of general use. Therefore, if the GPIO function is provided in another controller, the function in the other controller may be used instead of the function provided in the Super I/O 12.
