SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR HELICAL GEAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure for a helical gear in which deformation of a support member can be suitably suppressed while suppressing the enlargement of the support structure for the helical gear regarding the support structure for the helical gear. SOLUTION: The support structure for the helical gear is for the support structure of a counter drive gear 1 as the helical gear. It is provided with a bearing 17 to support an axial load on the inner peripheral face side which is the backside of the outer peripheral face of the counter drive gear 1 to which the teeth of the helical gear are formed. And, a shaft 19a to support the bearing 17 is extended in the radial direction of the counter drive gear 1 from the side of the shaft 19a and its tip is supported by a support member 19 fixed to a case 11. The support member 19 is arranged so as to abut on the side face which is the side face in the rotary shaft direction of the counter drive gear 1 and which is located in the action direction of thrust force applied to the counter drive gear 1.
