PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel-like composition stably formulated with much oil fraction and good in usability and feeling in use. SOLUTION: The gel-like composition comprises (a) 1-30 mass% of a polyoxyethylene sorbit fatty acid ester, (b) 40-90 mass% of an oil, (c) 1-50 mass% of a polyhydric alcohol and (d) 1-30 mass% of water.
