PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding container which can make the container internal surface into a smooth surface, can protect a housed article, and at the same time, can favorably take out such an article being solidified during transport or the like. SOLUTION: The upper part of a gate board 13 is connected to the shorter edge of an upper frame 11 under a state to be turnable to the inside of the container. In a space between the upper frame 11 and the longer edge of a bottom plate 12 where side plates 18 are provided, a hinge component 17 comprising a pair of top and bottom hinge plates 14 and 15 which are connected with the upper frame and the bottom plate under a state to be turnable to the inside of the container, and also, are connected in a manner to bend inside by a connected component 16 at an intermediate part in the vertical direction is provided.
