PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device capable of conducting active braking control while protecting components of a pump from high pressure when a driver conducts braking operation at the time of the active braking control. SOLUTION: In this brake control device for conducting the active braking control, a control unit is structured so that high-pressure transfer prevention control for restricting a flow rate in an intake circuit may be conducted by outputting a driving signal of a prescribed opening/closing duty ratio to an in-side gate valve when it is detected that the driver has conducted braking operation during execution of the active braking control.
