PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a wood plastic material using a particle board waste material which can prevent the occurrence of a blister by ammonia gas after molding, can stabilize the shape after the molding, and can eliminate complicated material administration. SOLUTION: The powder A of processed wood, A resin B for melting and mixing, an unsaturated carboxylic acid C, and an ammonia gas adsorbent material D1 are mixed while the resin B is melted with the acid C. The mixture is extrusion-molded to produce the wood plastic material G1. Ammonia gas is produced when the raw materials are heated, melted, and mixed or when the mixed raw materials are extruded. By adsorbing and fixing the ammonia gas by zeolite 60 mixed as the ammonia gas fixing material D1, the ammonia gas is removed from the mixed raw materials. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
