PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a steaming basket unit in a multi-tier steamer of a drawer type which carries out good and equal streaming motion of steam within a steamer main body 2 via each steaming basket unit 16, increases the effective area of a usable basket plate 18, and independently exchanges the basket plate 18. SOLUTION: The steaming basket unit 16, which is mounted in a multi-stage shape and in a way able to draw in relation to a steamer main body 2 formed on the lower part side of a boiler 3, comprises a steaming basket main body 17 which can be drawn and the basket plate 18 mounted on the bottom plate of the steaming basket main body 17, the steaming basket main body 17 forms a wide opening 25 in the center section of the bottom plate 19 enclosed by a framework, the basket plate 18 forms a locking section 28 in a mounting lamina 27 in a mesh profile, and the basket plate 18 is mounted in a way able to remove on the steaming basket main body 17 through this locking section 28.
