The device is protected against manipulation by displacing the drive and locking elements with an external magnet whose field lines exert a displacement force on the elements by at least one magnetically sensitive sensor near the elements coupled to the controller of the lifting magnet of the drive system. The sensor applies current to the lifting magnet corresponding to the current lock setting on detecting an externally applied magnetic field. The device is protected against manipulation by displacing the drive and locking elements (2-6) with an external magnet (14) whose field lines (15) exert a displacement force on the elements by at least one magnetically sensitive sensor (12) arranged near the elements coupled to the controller of the lifting magnet (2) of the drive system so that the sensor applies current to the lifting magnet corresponding to the current lock setting on detecting an externally applied magnetic field.
