PURPOSE: An exterior decoration material construction method of an exterior adiabatic building is provided to secure excellent adiabatic and waterproof functions, to reduce the weight of paste, and to increase the adhesive force by thinly coating the paste. CONSTITUTION: An exterior decoration material construction method of an exterior adiabatic building is composed of steps for cleaning the surface of a concrete wall body(1); partially coating the surface with lightweight adhesive(2) made from porous lightweight stones; attaching a heat insulation material(3); anchoring the heat insulating material; attaching a glass fiber mesh(5) to a connection part of the heat insulating material; coating the whole front surface of the heat insulating material with the lightweight paste; attaching an exterior material finishing board(6) as a magnesium board or a reinforcing fiber board with joints; forming a ceramic surface coating layer(7) on the outer surface; and caulking the joints separated between the exterior material finishing boards.
