PURPOSE: A moisture removing device and an operation method thereof for a vehicle are provided to secure a visual field for a driver by removing moisture by measuring the room dew point temperature and external temperature of the vehicle and operating an air conditioner by deciding if the moisture is formed on windows. CONSTITUTION: A moisture removing device of a vehicle having an air conditioner(50) is composed of a humidity sensor(10) for measuring the room humidity of the vehicle; a first temperature sensor(20) for measuring the room temperature of the vehicle; a second temperature sensor(30) for measuring the temperature of windows of the vehicle; and a control unit(40) for calculating temperature of the room dew point based on values input from the humidity sensor and the first temperature sensor and operating the air conditioner by comparing the room dew point temperature and the external temperature and deciding if the moisture is formed.
