<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control power setting and an output frequency according to the diameter of the blood vessel. <P>SOLUTION: A high frequency cauterization power supply 2 is provided with a power supply circuit 6 and a control circuit 13 controlling a waveform circuit 8 and the control circuit 13 is provided with a timer 13a counting an output time and a stop time and a counter 13b counting the output frequency.
