METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING DISPLAY, DISPLAY DEVICE FOR GAME MACHINE, AND GAME MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control method for eliminating mixing of a game image to be displayed on a display part into a picked-up image without deteriorating a rendition effect.

SOLUTION: The display control method controls the display on a liquid crystal display unit 11 which is arranged together with a camera 17 at the inner side of a glass plate 28a attached in front of a game machine and which displays the game image including the image picked up with the camera 17. When the image of the outer part of the game machine is picked up with the camera 17 through the glass plate 28a, display of the part of the game image which is made incident to the camera 17 after reflection on the glass plate 28a is suspended at least from the start of imaging until the end thereof.
