<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply unit capable of restraining the generation of a resonance phenomenon due to a DC filter. <P>SOLUTION: This power supply unit comprises a reactor, a capacitor connected with the reactor in series, a vibration restraint part connected with the reactor and connected with the capacitor in parallel, a resistor connected with the reactor and connected with the capacitor in parallel, a semiconductor drive connected with the vibration restraint part in series and conducting driving by a command from the vibration restraint part, a semiconductor device connected with the semiconductor drive part and the resistor and turned on and off by the semiconductor drive, and an inverter connected with the reactor and converting electric power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
