PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide parking equipment for minimizing a space for installation thereof in which parking sections can be lifted/lowered to park automobiles on upper and lower stages, and for imparting good appearance to be suitable for a private residence. SOLUTION: The parking equipment (A) comprises guide struts (1, 1a, 1b, 1c) erected at four places on an installation surface, a loading pallet (2) which can be lifted/lowered along the guide struts, four rising/falling struts (3, 3a, 3b, 3c) sliding up and down while being engaged with the guide struts, a roof (4) provided at an upper part of the rising and falling struts, a rising and falling driving chain (6) provided in the guide strut in a vertical direction for moving the loading pallet up and down, interlocking rotary shafts (7, 7a) provided between lower parts of two guide struts (1, 1b) (1a, 1c), respectively, an interlocking chain (8) provided between the interlocking rotary shaft in a horizontal direction, and a driving mechanism (9) for driving the interlocking rotary shafts. The interlocking rotary shafts, the interlocking chain (8) and the driving mechanism (9) are housed in housing groove sections (10, 10a).
