PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer guide for a high-speed transmission capable of establishing a smooth transmitting timing certainly by canceling the speed variation of a transmission chain and reducing the driving force of and the vibratory noise from the transmission chain to a great extent. SOLUTION: The transmission chain C includes three rollers C1, C2, and C3 continued at the specified chain pitch Cp, and when they are going to bite into a sprocket S while released from a running restricting guide R toward the chain periphery in such an arrangement in running that they are mating at all times with the running restriction position X1, transfer position X2, and the engaging position X3, the curved track T of the transfer guide 100 arranged in the transfer position X2 immediately before the transmission chain C put in a constant speed running upon being held by the guide R to the inside of the chain is put in engagement with the sprocket S in constant speed rotation is restricted alongside the moving path of the roller C in the transfer position X2, which allows canceling a speed change generated in the roller of the transmission chain C making a polygonal motion in engagement with the sprocket S.
