PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device capable of improving thermal efficiency even if being equipped with an external heating member heating the heating member so that the temperature of the heating member heating a material to be heated becomes a prescribed temperature, and to provide an image forming device equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The heating device comprises a heating roller 231, a pressure roller 232, and an external pressure roller 233, and a recording paper P passes vertically upward in an E1 direction.
