PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk loading device wherein while one operation is performed, the other operation is made a standby state, and the starting of the other operation after the end of the one operation is surely performed with good durability. SOLUTION: The releasing of disk transfer and the loading of the disk on a disk table 6 are carried out according to the turning of a loading member 37. The loading member 37 stopped with a non-tooth part opposed to a driving gear 34 during the disk transfer is turned following a sub rack plate 52 when the sub rack plate 52 moved by the completion of the disk transfer is engaged with the driving gear 34, and a rack part 46 is engaged with a pinion gear 34.
