PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a positioning for a fixed part of an elasticity supporting member and improve a positioning accuracy, then improve the reliability of operation. SOLUTION: A fixed part 10 of an objective lens drive device 8 is provided with a fixed side main body part 12, and elastic parts 14, 14 which can be deformed elastically in the direction of extending of elasticity supporting members 31, 31 formed integrally with the fixed side main body part, positioning holes 15, 15 in which the elasticity supporting member is inserted, the member is positioned to the fixed part and attached are formed at the elastic part.
