PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a nut embedded in a base member. SOLUTION: This nut installing structure has a recessed part 4 arranged in the base member 2 and fitting the nut N with play, and is elastically deformed by inserting the nut N into the recessed part 4 by projecting toward an outer peripheral surface N1 of the nut N fitted to this recessed part 4, and has a projection part 8 for elastically holding the nut N in the recessed part 4, and has an exposure hole 9 for exposing a seat surface N5 positioned at the bottom of the recessed part 4 of the nut N fitted to the recessed part 4 by penetrating through the base member 2. Thus, the nut N can be embedded in the recessed part 4 by elastic deformation of the projection part 8, and the nut N can be removed from the recessed part 4 only by pushing the nut N embedded in the recessed part 4 from the exposure hole 9 in the pushing-out direction from the recessed part 4.
